Acceptance of exhibits may take longer than usual. Please take this into account when planning your arrival time.
Admission to the show can be pre-paid by direct debit when you pay your entry fees.

Conditions of Entry:
The following Rules will be strictly enforced
1. Should there be entered five or more birds of any breed or colour for which no class has been provided, a new class will be made if the Stewards are approached
2. No bird to be removed before 4pm Saturday
3. All water and feed tins to be removed before judging commences
4. All entries to Show Society Secretary with Entry Fees
5. CLOSING DATE – Monday 2nd January 2026
6. The Show Society will not be held responsible for loss or damage to exhibits during Show
7. Junior exhibitors, 6-16 years, must own and pen their own birds.
