CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

1. All exhibits must be the property of, and grown in own garden of the exhibitor-decorative classes excepted

2. Pot plants must be in the exhibitor’s possession for a minimum of three months.

3. Stewards will be at the Flower Pavilion from 4pm to 7pm Thursday 25th January 2024

4. Local exhibitors are requested to make their entries and stage them where possible

between the specified times on Thursday.

5. Stewards will be at the pavilion from 7.30 am on the first day of the show Friday.

6. Visiting exhibitors are to have entries in by 8.45am Friday of the show.

7. All exhibits to be staged by 9am.

8. Judging to commence 9:00am, Friday 26th January 2024.

9. ENTRIES TO BE COLLECTED between 9am and 10am Sunday, 28th January 2024
