CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

All photographs to be taken in the last 12 months
All exhibits to be delivered to the JH Reid Pavilion between 8am – 11am Thursday 6th February, 2025
Judging will commence at 1pm.
Exhibits can be collected at the Reid Pavilion on Sunday 9th February, 2025 from 8.30am -10.30am

EXHIBITS

Must be the original and unaided work of the entrant.

Must be mounted on BLACK, WHITE or COLOURED card leaving a 2cm maximum border for thumb tacks.

Must have the exhibitor’s name, contact details, class and title clearly written on the back.

The image must not exceed 15cm X 20cm unless stated in the class information.

Cannot be entered in more than one class.

May be colour or black and white.

No framed entries can be accepted.

No individual may enter more than 25 exhibits with a limit of 3 per class.

Individuals may enter in multiple sections.

The judges or photography Stewards reserve the right to change the class of the exhibit.

The judge’s decision is final.
