A prize of $60 will be awarded to the artist whose work is judged

Best Visual Artwork of the Show.

Conditions of Entry

1. All exhibits can be delivered to the Reid Pavilion from 2.00pm to 5pm Wednesday 24th

January and 8.00am to 11am on Thursday 25th January. Exhibits can be collected at the Reid

Pavilion on Sunday, 28th January from 8.30am -10.30am.

2. All 2D work must be framed (preferred) or mounted on a firm backing, with a wire or cord

securely attached for hanging.

3. The Judge’s decision will be final. No correspondence will be entered into.

4. Artworks sent from a distance should be properly packed with full arrangements made for

return of works including name on packing materials. All reasonable care will be taken, but

the Show Society accepts no responsibility. A steward will be in attendance during the show.

5. Exhibitors must have name of work, artist’s name, phone number/email and price (where

applicable) on the back of the exhibit. If an artwork is not for sale, please add NFS instead of

the price. The Show Society will retain a commission of 10% on sales.

An ABN or a Declaration of Supplier form (available from Australian Tax Office website) will

be required for a sale to proceed.

6. Works entered will not have been previously exhibited at the Tenterfield Show and must

be original artwork completed by artist with copyright belonging to the artist.


VA1. Outdoor Scene: landscape, seascape or similar

VA2. Figurative: people, animal or similar

VA3. Still Life includes interiors, inanimate objects, botanical or similar.

VA6. Novice: for artists who have not won a prize in the Art section at the Tenterfield Show

VA7. 3D Artwork: including Ceramic and Sculpture (size not to exceed H40cm x W40cm Weight 5kgs)
